Delete Your Offersmate Account

If you would like to delete your Offersmate account and associated personal data, you can do so directly from the Offersmate mobile app.

        How to delete your account in the app:

        Open the Offersmate app → go to the Home page → tap the Profile icon → open your Profile page → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete My Account.

1. Account deletion through the app

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will permanently delete your user account. If you have a creator profile linked to the same account, your creator profile will also be deleted, where legally and operationally permitted.

        Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to your profile, saved data, favourites, cart data, creator profile, and related account features.
    

2. What data will be deleted

Upon successful verification of your request, we may delete or deactivate data associated with your Offersmate account, including:

User account profile information
Saved favourites and cart data
Login-related account details
Creator profile data, where applicable and legally permitted
Other account-associated personal information that is no longer required

3. Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, taxation, accounting, payout processing, or enforcement purposes.

This may include, where applicable:

Transaction or payout-related records
Compliance and audit logs
Fraud prevention and security-related records
Information required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory obligations

4. Processing time

We aim to review and process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time, typically within 7 to 30 business days, depending on the nature of the request and any legal or operational requirements.

5. Important note for creators

If you are registered as a creator on Offersmate, deletion of your creator account may be subject to retention of certain records related to earnings, payout history, tax, compliance, or fraud prevention where required by law or internal operational obligations.
